Me (Andi) 38,
My Girlfriend (Ann) "We landed in on piece"
Girlfriend's son (Andrew) 19, should have brought fake ID
Girlfriend's daughter (Rachael) 14, I'm hungry

We've left Dollar and headed straight for the 417, then I4 junction 55 to find US27, locate XL106.7 on the radio (we do have digital as well), we head North off there to find Santa Cruz, its pouring with rain and slighty cooler than expected. Its here, the villa, not bad from the outside. Having took 10 mins to unlock the keylock we enter. Its very spacious, 3 bedroom, large kitchen, the pool, 2 large tv's, its a good villa. Cases are basically dumped anywhere cause we are all in need of some food.

Heading out north on the 27 picking up 192, travelled down near celebration and international drive south junction, we spotted the IHOP, had to wait 15mins to be seated (short staffed). Spoke to an elderly bloke who knew we were English (?? pale skin), he'd been to England during the war, he now was a keen Chelsea fan, MGS had his footy shirt on (Blackburn), he asked if they still had a team (comedian or what).

We all ordered, the waitress was very good, it was pancakes all round to start except me, caeser salad (sorry). Bill was around $35.00. Tiredness was setting after our meal so we head back to the villa.

Arrrggghhh, creaky bed!!!!, Alarm set 6.30am, its a busy day tomoz.

Next Time: First Full Day, Animal Kingdom or so we thought

Enjoyed your report, Andi. Isn't it strange how people always seem to know you're English? I wonder if I have it tattooed on my forehead for everyone to see but me! Mind, my NY Yankees cap has fooled a couple of Americans...

I am not sure about the English bit, I have lost count the number of times I have been called an Aussie - although footie shirts are usually a giveaway.

Great start ~ I was mistaken for someone from Sweden last trip because of the blonde hair

Usual practice (in my experience :teeth: ) is then to say either "I have an Aunt who lives in Co-ven-tory - maybe you know her?" or "What do you guys think of Senator Blair and Eye-rack?" :rotfl: :lmao:
