And This is Why They Added DOORS to the TRAM! - Nov. 12 TR*END THOUGHTS 11/17 Pg. 27*

Oh my gosh I was just SO confused and was all "who are you and when are we meeting?!?!" and then I realized...DERP! It's gonna be greeeaaatt!!!

Oh my gosh please yes! Lol! I don't know how we haven't met yet! I think I hadn't popped into a TR of yours when we were there at the same time, next time!! Or I'll just have to come out to DLR more often!!

Hahahaha. That just cracked me up. My Mom can definitely sneak attack on people, and have them wondering "what?!"

I think we all need to go out to DLR more often. ;)

First of all, the title has my favorite quote. I say my life has reached its pinnacle on the regular.

I associate raw eggs with Gaston.

So much blonde, but you guys are adorable!

I LOVE WPE spaghetti and meatballs. I ate every bite when I went in January. Sooooo good.

Hahaha. I love that movie so much.

Yup, Gaston definitely consumes raw eggs regularly.

I loved the WPE spaghetti and meatballs. I love the rotisserie chicken there, so typically I get that, but this time I just wasn't feeling it. I wanted to branch out. LOL. Glad I did though, because it was amahzing.

HAHAHA that always keep people on their toes :rotfl2: never know when I am going to sneak up on you

"Without This, Life Would Be Meaningless"
Eddie - Empire Records

Now, Eddie was talking about music in Empire Records. Which I also agree with, being an insane music lover. However, I think it's appropriate when it comes to Disney. Without Disney, my life would feel meaningless.

I think you guys agree. And no we don't have problems. Everyone else has problems for not understanding. ;)

Jeni and I had reached the last day of our trip. And, it was also our departure day. We can all cry now. Our flight was late that evening.

We were all packed up pretty early, since we had done the majority of it the night before. So we headed down, grabbed the car from the valet, and drove out to the Animal Kingdom. Jeni was super excited about this, because this is her favorite park at WDW.

They had the lovely tree up.

We all love this tree, don't we?

What is your first destination in Animal Kingdom? I know what mine normally is.

Expedition Everest. Ahhhh, yes.

It was right after opening, so rather than get fastpasses, we decided to just get in line instead. The wait time was only listed at 20 minutes, so why not?

And of course, what better way to waste your time in line than to take selfies. You guys know me by now. LOL.

We got to the ride pretty quickly after that.

And, took goober selfies. Yup. Goobers we are.

In case you guys are wondering, she was legitimately freaking out at this point.

And like many people, she covers her freak outs with laughter.

Hey there grown up standing still Yeti.

We survived. Well, I survived. But I had a personal moment in the store, because I was missing my little Yeti, who I had left at home. So I grabbed the next best thing.

A big puffy Yeti!

Now....I'm going to remind everyone who's reading my July TR. Remember, Jeni got sick?

So we headed to the bathroom. We both went in. I came out. She didn't. For like 20 minutes.

Yup ladies, gentlemen, animals, friends. Jeni got sick this time too. However, we didn't think much of it at the moment, because Jeni was convinced it was from Star Tours the day before, because her stomach had never fully recovered.

Now we know it wasn't from Star Tours alone. Yes, Expedition Everest is the culprit, as I discovered in July. So, it's officially off her list now.

Awwww, man.

Thankfully, I was not puked on this time. Yayayayayayayay!!

I also FORGOT to mention that we had some PP pictures taken on the way too. Pre-puke of course.

I look thoroughly confused in this. Hahaha!

Okay, I love the angle of that picture. I look so skinny! It's the little things in life that I get a kick out of. Really.

Up next: Listen, I just don't want to be a warthog!

Awww the last day... always a bummer! But heck if no one left Disney because they didn't want to go home, the lines would be really loooong!

Oh man! No EE for Jeni! Glad I don't suffer from the post-Everest emesis syndrome. No fun!

Nice photo of the Yeti.

Hey there Packer fan!!! I didn't know. If you're not a Packer fan in our house you have to go find another family. :lmao: Or maybe you were just borrowing someone's tee and in that case disregard the above since you won't care!

I know, it's always depressing to go home. But I agree with your assessment that people at some point have to leave, because the lines have to get shorter. LOL.

I am indeed a Packer fan, born and bred. It is definitely not a borrowed shirt, it's one of my like 30 that I own. :rotfl: I'm actually going to be at the Packer/Viking game at Lambeau on November 24th. Super excited. Indoor club seats and all. I'll make sure to take plenty of pictures and share them on FB.

You'd be interested to know that my February 2011 TR my brother and I were in WDW for the Packers Superbowl. So I indeed was one of those people that found a seat on Main Street for like 2 hours waiting for the MVP parade with Aaron Rodgers. It was worth it and I got my pictures worth. :thumbsup2

YES! This x1000! :thumbsup2

BOO for departure days :( At least you had a late flight.

I do love EE, I'd say it's most often my second place to go in AK, after the Safari. :thumbsup2
Poor Jeni! Oh that's awful, having to eliminate EE. I wonder if some of those motion sickness bracelets or the patches would help... :confused3
I do love all the PP Pics, glad they were taken pre-puke. :thumbsup2

Yup!!!! Life without Disney would be meaningless and it's everyone else's issue if they don't get that.

Awww, so cool of Yeti to pause for a photo on Everest. Considering his usual non-stop movement of course.

Oh God, I would "literally" die if I couldn't ride Everest. Lfe would be meaningless. Oh wait, we already covered that.

Awe it's sad that Jeni got sick. I probably would do. The ride that gets me is Space Mountain.

It's so true, right? And for all of those people out there that don't understand....I actually feel kinda sorry for them. ;)

I know! She really likes the ride too. I know we talked about Dramamine or something, but now that it's happened twice, I think she might just write it off. Shame really.

Exactly!

I know, it's impossible to catch Yeti to get a good picture of him. Thankfully he was actually holding still for me. Shocker!

Awe it's sad that Jeni got sick. I probably would do. The ride that gets me is Space Mountain.

I have problems only when it's like a crazy insane combo of things. Like a few years ago, my brother and I went to Universal, and we did like back to back stuff, like Forbidden Journey, the Hulk, Spiderman, the Mummy, the Simpsons, the list goes on and on. And then ate yogurt. Wasn't feeling so good after that. :rotfl:

So glad that I don't have a weak stomach. I would really be sad if I couldn't ride EE :sad2:

Me too! I normally have a stomach of steel. At least we know Jeni's not a pansy though. She just goes in, takes care of business, and then is like "okay, what's next?!"

So true she is a trooper. Doesn't let anything get in the way of having fun.

I just found this TR, and I am absolutely cracking up at almost every single update. So thank you for that. :p

EE... it got me too on my Dec trip with my mom. I reeeally hope it was just because I forgot to eat breakfast. I'll be really sad if I can't ride EE. RnR did the same thing to me in Jan though. :crazy2: :( Le sigh. At least there is a ton more to do at Disney!

Just like us. I don't let anything get in the way of my having fun.

I'm glad I could keep you laughing throughout the updates.

There is a ton to do in Disney, but I have to admit that I would be totally sad too if I couldn't ride EE.

"Always Play With Their Minds"
Lucas - Empire Records

Lucas said the best things during that entire movie. I'm serious! :rotfl2:

Jeni had just gone happy go pukey on Everest. So I was nice and said that we would take it easy. It just so happened that our timing was good, because Festival of the Lion King was about to start. Our destination was Camp Minnie Mickey.

On the way over, I lamented to Jeni that I love this show, but every stinking time, I'm stuck in the warthog section. It could be my penchant for always showing up right before the show was going to start, but I can't escape the warthog.

Gotta get a picture of my guy!

So we get seated and didn't have to wait too long for the show to begin. Score!

What section were we seated in?

I was a stinking warthog again!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

However, that didn't prevent me from getting a picture of our fearless leader.

Tumble monkeys. Pat? You out there? ;)

And for Katt....her lovely bird.

However, she did not fly on this day. I was like WHAT!? It was an absolute bummer. I was depressed. And I'm sure Katt would have been crying had she been with us. It kinda made the show a little anti-climactic. Not for anyone who had no idea she was supposed to fly, but it was a little bit weird.

However, even without our flying bird, the show was still great and Jeni absolutely loved it. Her stomach was feeling much better after being able to sit for a little while. We decided that we would get a little snack to share at that point. Well, when you're in the Animal Kingdom, what snack do you get?

Yup. A jalapeño pretzel.

Clearly, I was enjoying it.

I had to take this picture, because I was asking myself......what the?

If I had to start listing the fashion do's and don'ts, I believe this individual would be on many of my lists.......just.....no.

Since we were on a roll with the shows, and our timing seemed to be right, we headed over to see Finding Nemo. I love this show. I have the soundtrack. I sing along to it in my car.

It's blurry, but this? This would be my dream Disney job. To be Dory in the Finding Nemo show. Couldn't you just see me as Dory?!

This is my favorite part of this whole show.

"We're Penguins.....we can't fly......AAAHHHHHH!"

Jeni loved this show too, and still proclaimed that the Animal Kingdom is her favorite park ever.

Ready to explore a little more, we took some more Photopass pictures. Duh!

And more Simba holding. Because why not!

Up next: THE BEST GORILLA EXPERIENCE EVER!

Oh, and this fish is clearly watching me.....

FOTLK is my main regret for missing on my last trip. Inexcusable really, but one I will rectify next time!

C'mon there's nothing wrong with the Warthog section. Although change is always nice too. At least they're easy to make the noise of. I still don't know the sound a Giraffe makes.

Yeah I heard that Katt liked this show. You'd think she'd mention it once in a while though... :rolleyes1

OK... so I guess I have to take that outfit out of my ensemble now. Good to know. :thumbsup2 and might I add... YIKES!

Bahahaha, OMG that fish staredown... :rotfl2:

What? The bird didn't FLY? I probably would've cried. I always cry during that scene anyway, so it wouldn't have been out of place. Hahha. Poor Jeni getting sick! Sent from my iPhone using DISBoards

I have to admit that we don't watch FOTLK every trip. I love the show, but I love rides more, so it just depends on how we're doing time wise.

I heard that Katt likes that show too. Weird. :lmao:

Glad that you're taking that outfit out of your arsenal per my suggestion. I think it's a good choice. :rotfl:

That fish was amazing.

I know! It was so depressing. For a long time I was sitting there just thinking "what?"
