How did you like the Finding Memo Suite??

We won't know until October! We love the movie and have heard great things about AOA for kids! When are you going?

Oh man! Too bad our meals won't match up at all! I am thinking of doing BOG for a QS lunch but I bet that dinner reservation was snapped up quick! It's crazy how quick those things are booked up!

Well we are moving weeks now due to FD. Its saving us 900 bucks, so its well worth pushing it back a week.

I hopped on to post the SAME thing! We pushed our dates back to October 26-November 1 for FD! Still AOA and Nemo suites! And I was even able to get all the same ADRs - only a few were off by 10 minutes earlier or later.

Now just waiting until May 7...

So we'll still be there at the same time but still not any common meals times I'm guessing!

I ended up switching resorts with the FD hoopla. and I just need to call on Wed and add the FD promo now and I should be all set! Weight off my shoulders, I tell ya!

Read your PTR today and saw the switch to POP. How fun! I think it will be awesome to stay in a new resort! And you can always walk over to AOA!!

Our basic plans are:
10/26 - arrival/DTD/CM's
10/27 - Epcot
10/28 - Off/MNSSHP
10/29 - MK
10/30 - AK
10/31 - HS
11/1 - MK
11/2 - MK or HS and departure

We added a day! More on that coming!

So we'll be at MNSSHP, HS, and MK on Saturday together!

For anyone still following... ::crickets::

I'm back!

I have no excuse other than busy, busy times but summer is here and I'm hoping that means more time to plan!

So a few updates:

#1 - I started calling at 6:57 the morning FD came out, got through at 7:12, talked to a CM at 7:28...and SOLD OUT! No kidding - less than 30 minutes and I was told the promotion wasn't available at the AOA family suites.

We could have switched days or resorts but with everyone having put in for time off (and then changing it when FD rumors came out) we just couldn't.

I'll admit I was slightly depressed all day. I was so counting on it that the promotion being sold out didn't even occur to me. I told my mom how upset I was and she made it all better (like mamas do) by saying that we were still going to Disney, still going to have a great time, no matter what!

Plus I am going to calling regularly to see if anything opens up! Fingers crossed!


#2 - After all that, I got the crazy idea that we should add another day to our trip! I got everyone on board so now we'll be there Sunday October 26 - Sunday November 2!!

On our MNSSHP day, we were planning on hitting MK in the morning. The more I thought about it, a rest day seemed like a better idea before the big party. So we just have to add one more night in the resort - no need for an extra day of tickets and we get another full park day!

#3 - One more day means one more ADR!! I hopped online ASAP and booked 2 meals for that day - now I need to pick one!

Crystal Palace - 7:45 PM

I'm TORN! I would LOVE to eat at Ohana because I've heard the food is amazing! Plus the boys really do like Lilo & Stitch! We can hop on the monorail after breakfast and get to MK right at/after RD. And Crystal Palace is on my to-do list too! I'm pretty sure we would be finishing up just at MSEP begins. We are planning on seeing that and regular Wishes on another night but twice wouldn't hurt! Or we can ride while everyone else is at the parade!!

So...Ohana or Crystal Palace? Someone decide for me!


In other news, I got some Disney gifts for Mother's Day from my mom! Excited for my first real Mickey/Minnie gear! I have a few Ariel items since she's my favorite princess but these are my first mouse treasures!



And I think I FINALLY have shirts worked out for the boys each day...until I added a day! Now I need to hunt down a few more but no big deal - just more Disney shopping!

More Mickey, TS, Jake shirts for each boy! Plus a huge assortment of long sleeve shirts for chilly mornings/nights! Now I just need to find more shirts for ME!!

I've been building up our collection of car toys/entertainment too! Plus lots of glow sticks/wands/swords!



So that may wrap up the update for now if you're still with me!! I've started our daily plans and holy moly how are we going to fit it all in?? Guess that's the perfect reason for another trip next year!!

Have fun on your trip! But rember to get to the parks early and reserve your fastpass early and also when your qt epcot for lunch go to the japan and go into the resteraunt and get the udon it's my fav

No luck on the free dining yet

Still calling right up until the offer ends hoping more rooms open up! We're debating on getting the dining plan still or not - we're keeping all of our ADRs so I need to find one of those spreadsheets and see if it works out to get the dining plan!
