So the new Anaheim Worldmark/trendwest time share property is opening. At first they open reservations for March of 2009, then the opened from 12-19-2008. TODAY I found that they are now taking ressies starting early Nov.

While I don't have part of this my friend does and we were booked at Dolphins Cove (the other property) for the week of Dec. 8. We wanted to go a week eariler, so today we booked. Now we are set. DL here we come 12-2. So excited

NOw I just have to figure out where it is.......

Wow, great that it is opening so soon :) . I can't wait to see photos and hear how it is. We would love to own Worldmark points just to stay there!

It's listed as being on Katella, so I'll bet it's by the new Anaheim GardenWalk Center. It's several blocks from DL, but walkable if you're not averse to a 15-20 minute stroll. From the front gates, you turn right down Harbour, turn left on Katella, and it's a couple of blocks down from there.

This is just my best GUESS, so don't take my word for it!!!!:thumbsup2

Yes, I pass it when I drive up Katella from the freeway to get to DL. It's on the far corner of the GardenWalk complex.

while not walking distance inmy opinion it's located right on garden walk.. Bubba gumps is right by the hotel!! and some other good ones too

We own Worldmark points, but we will not be using this resort. First of all, every week at this resort is considered a red week. On top of that, a one bedroom week is 14000 points. Because it is always red season, you have to book an entire week if you want to reserve 13 months in advance. The people that want to stay for a few days must compete with those who book a full week. If you don't want to stay a full week, you can only book 90 days in advance. Now a days, 14000 points would cost close to $28000 if you buy directly from Worldmark. Way too rich for my blood.

I'll just wait to buy points at the Grand California Villas. At least it will be onsite, and DVC always has value seasons with their points charts.

Thanks for the location help. While it is a long walk, since I am getting a free place to stay (my friends have the timeshare) I will be happy to pay cab fare to and from if we want. cheaper then a hotel. Not to mention last year we purchased annual passes, so I don't have to pay for tickets this trip either. Only airfare food and stuff.

Congrats Abby!
We love good quality timeshares, you get spoiled by all the room and the ability to make breakfast and sandwiches. Let us know how it goes - you may just spend all your savings on all the awesome restaurants and shops at the Gardenwalk!:)

Can anyone tell me how I would go about booking at the new Worldmark Anaheim resort for Jan 09??? Thanks, Cindy.

You have to be an owner to book there. If you are an owner you can either book online or by calling the reservations number.

They do not have photos or links that I can see on their website yet.
