Anaheim Marriot Hertz location - Anyone used it?

Has anyone rented a car from the Hertz location within the Anaheim Marriot? Did you have any problems getting the car? Yelp is littered with reviews about them not having any cars available despite making a reservation, and the workers being unwilling to assist further - same goes for the other Hertz on Katella.

I know this can happen at any rental car location, I know Yelp is a little one sided (in the sense that no one is going to be posting about how they got a car and everything went perfectly), and I am already developing a plan B (and C and D lol). Just trying to see if anyone can provide me with a positive experience to put my mind at ease!
