Hi I just thought you might like to know that a new UK DVC owner is on the horizon,

Today we were told we passed ROFR woo hoo!!!
this has been really quick, just over a week since TSS sent it to Disney,

we have bought Boardwalk points as we love the position of the villas in proximity to Epcot so wanted the 11 month window there.

We cannot close until November as the present owner has to complete their previously booked vacation before we get to completely own our little piece of Disney. I just need to be patient, & I'm hoping nothing will go wrong now we have got this far so thank you everyone for all the advice I have received.

Great news - congratulations.

We must have done our deals around the same time - mine went through really quickly too and I got my good news on Monday. Hope the rest goes just as smoothly for us both!

OOhhh!! Julie you've got me excited now! I reckon its about 10 days since ours went to Disney. Mind you, I hope that doesn't mean they are thinking about turning it down!!! We've bought at BCV ...well maybe...
