Well I guess I can't call them grandbirdies yet so they are my grand eggs..lol To update those that missed the post yesterday - one of my parakeets laid an egg in my cockatiel's food dish (much to Pixel's dismay..lol)

We decided to take Mommy and Daddy and put them together in the seperate cage but this time put the cage right next door to the cage with the other parakeets and Pixel the 'tiel.

Matt set it up and I really should have known better. On the outside of the nesting box he wrote "If this cage is a rockin' don't come a knockin'" and on the entrance he has "Love Shack Baaaby!"

No sooner where Mommy and Daddy in their new cage than we heard some Barry White music and they were ummmm... christening? their new home.

This time Mommy is actually spending time in the nesting box. The last time she laid a few eggs she never would go in the box, so I have more hope this time!

Keep your fingers crossed that we have the pitter patter of little beaks soon!!

How cool!!! Pictures, please???? But be discrete when you take them - we don't want any X-rated shots!!!

I'm crossing my fingers and sending pixie dust for grand-birdies!!! How long until they hatch??
