An interesting article on Cellulite

This is wonderful news. I thought there was no hope of getting rid of cellulite but I was wrong. Thanks for the link!
 
bump.........b/c I think there is good info here!

I still have cellulite in my bum and thighs, but I will attest that it is much better then it used to be thanks to exercising. I know in my head that squats and lunges are two of the absolute best exercise for that problem area of mine. So thanks for a new way of looking at it, b/c I'll admit to not having alot of "gung-ho" excitedness about doing them!

I told my mom about the article and she insisted that we add lunges to her workout routine (she's already doing squats!)

We did walking lunges around their pool the other day. I went first, then my mother followed me, then my dad was following her. They commented that we were doing some sort of Monty Python walk! ;) Hee hee! Anyway, two sets of walking lunges knocked them out and they claimed I was trying to kill them...

I'll let you know in another 6 weeks how the added lunges have helped! ;)
