I love how a TR fills in the gaps from Instagram and Twitter! What a world we live in that we can kind of be WITH you during the actual trip through those things!

THAT VINYLMATION WINDOW! Haha, that's such a great decorating idea since we bring so many Vinylmation on vacation anyway!

I've never heard of Kelly's Personal Disney Shopper. We've only used Garden Grocer, which has a minimum so we're always trying to figure out what to get to reach what we need, but so far it has worked for us. We get a case of water, a case of Vitamin Water, a box of Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, and then a sweet treat to get us to the minimum (ex. donuts, oatmeal creme sandwiches). I'll definitely keep PDS in mind though if we don't need to get so much.

Haha, love the bread with the peanut butter and jelly! I too am so disappointed that they changed the Pop menu! The beef and bleu sandwich is no longer there. That was one of the things I really liked. We ate food from that food court SO much last December since I was sick for the last few days and didn't have the energy to go out. Had a lot of soup!

Since it was still raining I stopped and got us both ponchos in the gift shop of Art of Animation. I figured we would need them during our trip.

Our destination was Magic Kingdom!

I felt like the bus took forever! We must have just got there as soon as another one left because we definitely waited at least 20 minutes. Why is it that when you are waiting long the other park buses come by at least twice? The HS bus came by twice!

New bus! I like them because they are OSU colors, but I admit, they aren't very disney like.



Finally, our bus came.

We finally arrived! Can I just say how nice it is to walk into the no bag check?? It seriously makes me wish I never had to take a bag. That is basically impossible for me to do though.



It was still sprinkling so I put on my poncho. Wow, that thing is a heat magnet! It is so hot under there.

The first thing we did was go to guest services. Corey had to add two days to his ticket and I had to pick up my tables in wonderland card. Corey's request was easy, mine not so much. It took them forever to find my info. I eventually had to show them my email that confirmed.

Can I just say Guest Services is the BEST place to people listen? Haha not watch them but listen to them. There were so many ridiculous complaints. I just love listening to complaints. I give major kudos to the workers in guest services. I couldn't deal with all of that negativity all of the time. The two complaints I heard were one about MSB- the guy complained they got rid of all his favorite pastries, the cinnamon roll etc. The CM told him they were now in Gaston's. After that guy left I gave the CM a sympathetic smile and he said, " Who cares, really?" Kinda un-disney like but I did feel for him! The other complaint was about some guy who lost his gold bracelet and he was mad because they didn't find it yet. Seriously, you lost it and you are mad at disney?

When I was still in guest services all of a sudden I heard this music. The CM that was helping me said you guys should go watch this, it is a very rare parade!! Ummm...you are helping me right now how can I leave?? Haha. So Corey went out and took pictures. Apparently this was the parade called the Character Calvacade that only happens when the 3pm parade was rained out. She finally found my TIW and printed it out for me then I got to go watch the parade!

It was soo adorable!!! I have never heard of this before!!

I really liked this parade because it was much more intimate and low key. I guess that is what happens when something is not advertised.

After the parade time for the magical first walk down Main Street! This time was a bit rainy but not horrible.







We stopped for a photopass photographer who was a bit goofy. He was talking about some camera they are selling now that has a pop up character on it or something? I dunno but he was silly. On our Photopass he took two candid shots of us like right up in our faces!

Ahhh The Rainy Day Character Cavalcade. People who never want rain at Disney are seriously missing out. I loved this parade. You are so right, completely low key and intimate. I've only seen it once, but it was so great.

I love the Disney ponchos! They are so durable... I mean don't get me wrong, I never want to have to use it.

I can only imagine the stories that the Guest Relations cast members can tell! I was a CP and worked at a front desk and it was pretty ridiculous. I still work in hospitality and some days I come home and tell my DH stories and he doesn't believe me that grown adults would act/complain the way they do!!!!

I always check for bed bugs as soon as we arrive...doesn't matter what resort (they've all had them). I love the themeing of Pop...very cute. One of these days we'll get over there and walk around.

It does always seem that two buses come for every park but the one you are waiting for.

Hooray for arriving at MK. I'd never heard of that "rain substitute" parade either...very cute.

No they weren't very great in the rain. the bumps on them did not feel good.

I do love how we can be with each other on our trips. I just love instagram! I am not a huge twitter person because instagram has taken up so much of my time. That vinylmation window was awesome! I have never decorated my window at all! I have nothing but good things to see about Kelly! I had no issues and she responded to me so quickly! It was also nice she just charged me the flat delivery fee instead of a % service fee on top. I didn't want to use garden grocer because of the minimum. I literally only wanted water. I used to love POPs menu but now, not so much! Some things looked interested, but I am bitter about my alfredo.

I know, right!! It is ridiculous listening in on the complaints. I don't think some people are very happy if they complain about the smallest things! I understand disney likes to hear guest feedback but some people are just mean!

That is cool that you were a CP! Ugh I give you props for working in hospitality. I worked in the restaurant industry for years and it makes you a very bitter person sometimes.

I am glad I am not the only one who checks for bed bugs. Getting bed bugs would be the absolute worse thing ever! It was cute! I never even knew the 3pm parade could be cancelled. I thought it would just be delayed.
