My DS, 5 and I have just planned a spontaneous trip from April 1-6th. His first time and my first time in over a decade. Can't wait. My question is, how do I even attempt to book things like the Fantasmic dinner package if I don't know the hours for the parks, etc... What am I missing? Going to WDW has sure become a lot more complicated!!! He has no interest in character meals, which is good, because we'd probably have a hard time getting one, but I am thinking I would like to book 1 or 2 special things, like the Fantasmic Dinner package, etc. Do I even have a CHANCE at getting in? I feel very overwhelmed by this whole thing!!!! Any suggestions would be great. I did do the tourguidemike thing, but even that seems like I'm jumping on board too late. HELP!!!!! :confused3 PS- we are staying at the Swan, so would be EMH, if that helps

The good news is the April hours will literally be out in a matter of days. They will most likey be out 2/1 but may be a day early or late. As for booking your PS'S. You will want to call as soon as you know what day you may want what. As for specific times, pretty much all the parks will be open late the days you are going since that is Easter week. Only thing is you'll have to wait for the schedule to be released to figure in EMH.
