Lets Honestly vote what we feel. No one has to know how you voted, or you can post the "truth". Remember NO FLAMES if it isn't what you want to hear.

Have Fun

OK Please revote I redid the poll so we can vote multiple times

Out of the two choices I voted for my kids LOVING the clubs. However, I wouldn't say they loved them, more like had fun once in a while, but didn't want to go all the time. They usually chose one or two actvities a day, would spend and hour or so at a time and that was it.

I did love the shows, but after seeing the shows at the parks, I truely believe DCL can do MUCH better! The Lion King show at AK is just awesome. Unfortunatly, I saw it just after getting off the Magic and it put the Magic shows to shame. I have not seen Golden Mickeys, but that will be soon.

Most interesting finding is that the only area where "didn't love" beat "loved" was in the kid's clubs. (As of when i viewed it was 15 : 19).

Our DD 12 did not go back to the lab once after registration. felt it was "too babyish". Most of that was because they had all the kids registering in the very young kids areas, but you can't tell a 12 year old that. (In fact, you can't tell a 12 yr old much).

LOL -- just wait until she's 16!!

My two kids had differing opinions on the Kids Clubs. My older DS truly LOVED them:lovestruc ,but my younger DS, who is very shy, liked the Club, but would have preferred not to be there. He was okay once he settled in, but he had a hard time joining the fun.

Heres my opnion, FWIW.

On our first Disney cruise the food was below my expectations, however on our second it was much better. I would say it met or exceeded my expectations then.

Loved Disney Dreams, it cant get better than that. Hercules was very good too. I havent seen any of the other current shows, but I wasnt thrilled with Voyage of the Ghost Ship.

DS was 3.5 and refused to go to the Club, and I wouldnt put my 8 month old in Flounders. Im hoping if we get to cruise again the kids, being older, will be more into going to the clubs.

The only other cruise Ive sailed on was the Big Red Boat, and obviously I wont be going back on that. We are trying Norwegian this summer and I hope to be able to go back on DCL next year.

I wouldnt mind a casino, it would probably be fun, but I found there was plenty for us to do as adults alone. In fact, since we did none of the adult only stuff on our first cruise, DH & I went back alone just for that stuff and we kept very busy.

I will tell you what I voted for and why.

The food has always met expectations and sometimes exceededon the 5 cruises I've been on.

The shows are mostly fantastic. That magician show was exceedingly boring and Morty wasn't very magnificent. The rest have been excellent, even the now long gone Ghost Ship.

Don't have kids, no opinion strong enough there, other than I took the ship tour and it looks like a very fun place.

Now, here's the one I didn't vote on, I would have voted for a I cruise DCL, but it is not exclusive to me. I'm quite open to taking another cruise line, as I'd like to do Alaska and Hawaii someday, but I would tend to go back to DCL for Carribean cruises.

I really have no interest in gambling in general, so I'm quite happy there isn't any onboard.

I agree, I wish I would have put that choice in my poll. As my kids themselves didn't LOVE the clubs, but went for a few things.
Sorry. But once you click on submit, its over LOL
