Hi my name is Angela and I hope you are able to join us online for our Disney adventure.

We are from Sydney, Australia and this will be our very first visit to WDW. We've visited Disneyland in California several times and again will be going there this trip for 1 week before heading to WDW for 2 weeks.

You can read my Disneyland pre-trip report and trip report here:

CAST: DH (41), loves all things Disney since I got him hooked when we visited Disneyland on our Honeymoon in 2003. DS (4) a Disney addict in training. He loves all the films and characters. He has visited Disneyland in 2006 and loved it, even though he had never seen the films. Now he is so much more prepared and taller he currently stands at 43.5 inches, so most of the rides won't be a problem.

DATES: 4 September to 16 September

RESORT: Split stay we are doing 7 nights at ASMu in a Family Suite and then 6 nights at The Polynesian Resort. Both include free dining. We have a 10 day hopper and a single day ticket too.

ADRS: We have so many and I will come back later with details. We plan on sticking to the basic DDP and will then pay OOP for the other meals. We probably should have purchased the Deluxe plan but didn't want to waste the money in case we change our minds as we go.

SPECIAL EVENTS: We have tickets for MNSSHP for 2 different nights. I think we will only go to the one on 12 September and I will try to sell me tickets that I have for 5 September. I think it will be too much to do it twice.

We actually leave Sydney in 1 week for LA and Disneyland in California where we are spending 6 nights before flying from John Wayne Airport to Orlando. So I am on the final countdown and need to get the packing thing started this weekend.

Here is our Family with Mickey at DLR in 2006

That's it for now. Will come back and add more soon.

Hope you enjoy the ride.

Take care
Angela

All our ADRS are set thanks to the lovely Carole at Dreams Unlimited. She has been great to work with and even got us Cindy's for Breakfast on the day we wanted :thumbsup2

We have the following planned:

Breakfast
Boma
1900 Park Fare
Cinderella's Royale Table
Chef Mickeys
Ohana
Crystal Palace
Hollywood & Vine
Cape May Cafe

Lunch
Sci Fi Dining

Dinner
Kona
Garden Grill
Grand Floridian Cafe
Sci Fi Dining
Coral Reef
Whispering Canyon
Chef Mickeys
50s Prime Time Cafe
Liberty Tree Tavern

That's 18 ADRs and we have 12 days of dining. We will Pay Out of Pocket for the extras. Most of the breakfasts are late sittings as we like to eat late, snack for lunch and then have an early dinner.

I will be sure to take lots of food pics as I really love those trip reports that show the food.

I think I am looking forward to the Whispering Canyon Cafe the most, I saw a recent review on these boards and I can't wait to go. That skillet looks amazing and I can't wait for DH to ask for a large drink and straw.

What do you think of my ADRs, is it too much?

Cheers
Angela
