I'm a breast cancer survivor, and a Disney Freak
, getting ready to do the National Race For The Cure in D.C. this weekend. We always get goody bags with neat stuff in them. This year, to my delight, there is a cookbook featuring chef's recipes, people who are survivors or have been touched by breast cancer. One of the contributers is a chef from Artist Point @ WL, Anette Grecchi Gray! The recipes were for:
Grilled Rosemary Skewered California Figs W/Prosciutto, Simple Cured Cheese W/Herbs, Flax Seed Flat Bread, and Sun-dried Tomato Ricotta and Goat Cheese Spread.
