Man, I got the package so quickly from Amy-Mickey! Super fast shipping-thanks so much. I am doing a load of laundry now so hope to get started on making my shirts and I will post again once I have completed one.
Amy's transfer paper ROCKS! I just got another shipment today (I'm addicted, what can I say?!?!) Her shipping is superfast, but more than that, they work SO WELL, it's so easy, and they look brand new after washed.
Here is a shirt I made (Veronica's design!) with one of Amy's transfers.
I used them to make aprons DISigns and they turned out so cute and was so easy to use! I also did a baseball mom shirt and all the other moms are jealous.

Hi,
Where can I get Amy's transfer paper and what makes it different from normal transfer paper I buy at the store? Also, where can I buy inexpensive adult t-shirts and tank tops?

I cannot say that I have tried all brands of transfer paper - but after 2 years of trying and searching - I found the BEST dark transfer paper. (It is not available retail)
I have been asked to clarify that although dark transfer paper is designed for colored shirts - it can be used with all colors - including white. I use dark transfers for ALL of my shirts (including white) because I think the colors are much more vibrant!
To order see my webpage. (link below)
For tshirts, I normally buy from jiffyshirts.com if I am ordering quite a few and from Joann's if I just need 1 or 2.

I can attest that hers are so much better. I have used other brands. They may iron on fine, but I can't get them to last thru 1 wash, no matter how hard i follow their directions. Amy's are much more vibrant, and my son's one shirt has made thru 7 washes and still counting.
I believe shirts are on sale at Michael's this week $2 each
I do not have experience with this. The question would really be: how do the shirts handle the heat of the iron? I would test that out first. Set your iron to the second highest setting (mine is setting 5 out of 6) and preheat for about 8 to 10 minutes. Then iron on the shirt for about 30 seconds to a minute. If the shirt can withstand the heat, I would say trying the transfers is worth a shot if you do not mind taking a chance ruining a transfer and/or the shirt.
I wish I had more of an answer but I have never tried it, nor have I heard or anyone that has. Please report back if you try it and let us all know how it went.
Does anyone currently it from Amy Mickey does she make this paper or just sell it? Wondering what brand it is if she just sells it? I read about jet pro and Neenah brands I'd like too know if she sells one of these 2 brands.
