I really need some advice ASAP. I posted on the main board but wanted to add it in here two:
Ok so I really need some advice and quick! I went dress shopping tonight for only the second time, so far I have tried on about 15 dresses. Tonight I found two I totally loved, one cost $1,000 and the other is on sale for $150. My problem is they are having a huge sale tomorrow and they can only hold the $150 dress for me until 1:00. If I don't get it by then, there is a good chance it will be gone. I don't know what to do. I LOVE the dress and it is so inexpensive and would give me some much needed $ to spend on other areas of the wedding. However I haven't tried on that many dresses. I need advice! Here is a picture of me in the $150 dress.

Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture in the other dress i loved (grrr!) but here is the dress on a model.

I love, love, love this one too, but they only had it in a size 14, so it was really hard to tell how it would fit when I actually got it in, and it is so much more money. I don't know what to do! I also have some pictures in my PJ of some other dresses I tried on, but I don't like any of them all that much anymore. And here are two other dresses I tried on tonight that I liked, but not as much as the other ones:

They all look lovely on you, but IMHO the first one looks amazing. The subtlety of the design is beautiful and just pops with flash. And, it makes you look like a princess.

I say go for it.

I say go ahead and get the sale dress. If you find another one you like it's only $150 lost! It looks amazing on you!

I got the dress! Here is another re post from the updated thread on the main door. (I am so lazy lol):
Wanted to say thank you for all the feedback on this thread, it really, really helped me make my decision. Just wanted to come on and update... I got the dress!!! The plan was for my sister to call in the morning and see if she could get me and appointment around 2:30 (since I had to work all morning) to try and on two dresses one more time and decide. I woke up in the morning, and went to work, and the more I thought about it, the more I felt like I should just get the cheaper dress... I was afraid it was going to be gone. So I called my mom and she went and picked it up at 10am right when the store opened lol. When I got out of work I went to her house and we looked over the whole dress... couldn't find anything wrong with it at all, and we looked at the tags and realized it was a Da Vinci dress! I cannot believe I got it for so cheap! When I tried it on again at my moms I loved it even more! And the best part is, it fits perfect! Other than getting it busled and possibly hemmed a little (I'm hoping I can just find some really high heels that I can walk in instead!), I don't think I will even need any other alterations! Here are a few pic's of me trying it on at my parents house:

Thank you so much everyone! I'm very glad it turned out to be so easy to find a dress since I procrastinated looking for one for so long! In other news I am desperately trying to finish the planning packet and figure out what we want to do for our ceremony before we have our PS and meet with our officiant in three weeks... I just can't get the motivation to do it! I finally finished the menu tasting checklist which was nothing to fill out but was hard to decide. We picked a few items from our DP the night before, I hope this is ok. We also went shopping tonight to get a new book bag for DF to cart everything around in for our December trip lol. My trick to getting him to carry everything around is taking him shopping for a nice new bookbag. He also got a new pair of jeans to wear for the e-shoot, but we still have to find a shirt to go with them.

Just a small update, since I had some freed up money after getting my dress for such a steal, I decided to start getting some little things I have been wanting. I ordered a bunch of stuff, some of which has not come in yet, but here is what I got so far:

envelope seals for the wedding invites

Cameras to put on the tables at the reception

I will update when the rest of the stuff comes in. Also, we leave in two weeks for our PS!!! I'm so excited.

Ive had my eyes on those cameras for a while too! I will definitely be purchasing them for our tables, and Im thinking about putting one in the welcome bags so we can get pictures from more than the reception. Your dress is amazing and such a bargain! Way to go Keep the awesome updates coming, cant wait to read more!
