I will be taking my almost 5 month old to WDW in early May. How many outfits per day should I bring? She is a drooler and spits up a bit every now and then. I am thinking 3 per day but I am not sure if I am over thinking this...I am a first time mom and its my first vacation with her.
Thanks

It depends on how many outfits she usually goes through in a day and how easy it will be for you to wash laundry. All of the Disney hotels and most other hotels have laundry facilities, but they can be hard to use if you don't have much down time planned. A good starting point would probably be as many outfits as you'd normally expect to use for that amount of time plus about 50% more. So if she wears 2 outfits/day and you're going to be gone for 7 days total, then 21 outfits. Subtract some if you think laundry will be easy to do. The good thing about 5 month olds when the weather is warm is that their clothes take up practically no space.

I'd say at least 2 per day, and maybe a few extras thrown in at the end. And if she's a drooler, LOTS OF BIBS! :] If you get in a pinch, you can always do a quick load of laundry at the resort.

We are only going for 5 days and staying at the Polynesian....I never even thought about doing laundry down there, but I am thinking we won't have much time to do laundry. Thanks for all the answers and help.

I agree, use lots of bibs to help with the drool and spit up, and have 2-3 outfits for each day for accidents. Somedays you may only need one, but some days you may need 4!

Since baby clothes are so small, bring more than you think she could need. You won't regret bringing too much but you would definitely regret not bringing enough. And bring an extra few changes for you too, just in case her excitement goes all over you. When my girls were that small, I would pack their clothes in gallon ziplocs. They would stay organized and I'd have extra bags for soiled clothes if needed. Have fun!!
