Amex Travelfunds accepted??

I read some scary stuff about Paypal in another thread & am rethinking keeping some of my trip $ on my Paypal debit card just in case...

I was going to use my Ebay $ from that account to pay for my HDDR dinner, as well as my Seaworld & Universal tix... does anyone know if all three places accept Amex as payment?

Also does anyone know if HDDR will authorize more than the bill & if so about how much.. I want to make sure I have a cushion either way I go...

Hi drgnfly30! You won't be charged for the HDDR tickets until you pick them up; a credit card is only used to guarentee the reservation. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours, your AMEX will be charged. You might be charged $1 when you order the tickets (this will confirm that the AMEX is valid), but your AMEX won't be charged until you pick them up; at this time, the price of the tickets only will be charged (nothing over).
