Amex lounge access if buying tix from undercover tourists?

Does anyone know if we get access to the Amex lounge if we buy admission tickets from Undercover Tourist with an American Express card?

For our situation it's a $18 ticket savings, and I can't imagine we'd get that much back in lounge benefits to warrant paying more and buying from Universal, but it would of course be great if we could have the best of both worlds.
