America's Next Top Model, Cycle 15. Starts 9/15

Top Model is my favorite show, it actually started last Wednesday. My favs so far are Anne (the super tall girl) and the lesbian (Kayla I think) and Chelsea. May be an interesting season. Hoping Annemaria goes home..fo not like her attitude at all.

I dislike Anamaria as well. She thinks her stuff don't stink....and it does, like yesterday's garbage!



I like Lexi, Kayla and the really tell girl (her name escapes me!).

I love this show, and I'm excited that this season isn't all about "fresh and young and Seventeen" and more about "interesting and high-fashion and Vogue."

I saw tonight's elimination coming from a mile away though. Tyra crusades against ultra-skinny girls as a rule, so I figured they wouldn't keep one on the show.

Also, the editing usually give it away as well. Even before the photoshoot, I had an idea of who was going home!

Tonight actually had me tearing up. The painful things some of those gals have gone thru!

Darn I didn't know it started last week or this week.

I have been watching Survivor , America's Got Talent and now Big Brother.

Too much on tonight. Have to go see it I can find it in a different time zone. Thanks for started this thread. My dd loves this show and has been asking about it.

I could identify with it tonight! Funny, I am 6'0" and have always been teased for my height... but the ONLY time I have ever been called a GIANT was by a random lady at WL last month, who saw me at the pool bar and was just really ugly and hateful: "Oh my God, you're a GIANT." I actually started crying after that... and I'm 36!!! Way too old to let it get to me.

We were called spaghetti and meatball, Mutt and Jeff... you name it.

Be PROUD of your height... I'd KILL to be taller, but I'm happy with how God made me.

I found it sad that the most insulting thing Tyra was called was "Big Forehead". I'm sure we all would hate to be called that. I don't know, it just didn't seem as hurtful as "stupid" or "queer".

And really, Mr. Jay? YOU were a BAND GEEK? I don't see it...maybe it's the hair...

I was glad the girl who went home went home. But I get the feeling that they chose her because she was anorexic, just to be able to eliminate her and make a point. She couldn't have possibly lost that much weight between casting and the show.

I totally agree. No doubt she was placed for a purpose, and an important one. Unfortunately, I don't think she got it or the kids who agree with her.

That's the sad part...I think she's likely to think, "I was cut so I must need to lose another 10 lbs...."

Intesting to compare the bodies of the tall, naturally skinny girl with hers....you really can tell when someone is just plain starved, as opposed to coming by it naturally.

So much to watch on a Wed. night now but my dd watchs this so this one won out.

Thought for sure someone else was going home last night.

For once I like all the make overs. At first I wasn't so sure on the red head one but it wasn't too bad. Plus I would never agree to make the gap in the front of my teeth bigger.

I think Anne is really way out in front of the others. Didn't like many of the pictures last night at all. Thought it was funny when the one girl went running after the male model.

I LOVE Anne! For once I agree with the judges on the "different" girl (remember Heather? I really disliked her!). I like Kayla and Chelsea a lot too.

I think Anne has a lot of potential-- if she can just get her in-person stuff together, I see her making it far.

I really disliked Anamaria and I'm ready for Lexie to go.

I thought the makeovers looked pretty good! I was nervous when I saw Kayla's but I think she really pulled it off!

I don't know if Ann will make it to the end but from the way she her pictures are turning out, she won't have problems getting signed up with someone and booked.

I don't think Anne is going to do well with CoverGirl but her pictures thus far look fantastic!

There is a senior boy at our high school who looks exactly like Liz. And now that she has a short hair cut, I'm talking EXACTLY. The thing is, we only live 10 or so miles from where she is from. Inquiring minds want to know what his dad was up to a few years before he was born......
