I've read here that anyone can book on any country's site, but I still have questions. I am an American and have found a UK deal I want to book. When I move through the booking process online, I am asked for my address, and the screen shows UK as my country of residence. What will happen if I change that to the US? Will I lose the deal?

Also, where can I find out the cancellation policy of the deal? I can find the sales conditions pdf link, but it gives information for many kinds of holiday deals, and I am not sure in which category my deal fits.

Also, when you book a package, how do you get the park tickets? Are they mailed or can I pick them up when I check in?

I am trying to book the Christmas Holidays 2016 arrivals deal of get 3 days for the price of 2.

Thank you for any help you can give!

You put your actual address but just leave your country as the one you are booking - so in this case UK.
Nothing is mailed out to you as everything is sent by email and you collect park tickets and any other vouchers etc on arrival when you check in.

Sorry can't help with the cancellations bit but it should be on the website somewhere linked to the country you are booking through

as @A Small World has said, just leave your country as UK and everything will be fine. Nothing is mailed, everything is electronic, you just bring your confirmation email printout to the hotel reception and they will give you park tickets , meal vouchers etc.

II.1.6 – Cancellation by you II.1.6.1 Cancellations must be made with Euro Disney’s Central Reservation Office by telephone indicated in our brochure and on the Website or using the contact details provided in clause II.1.1.4 by the person who made the booking, or the person to whom a booking has been transferred in compliance with clause II.1.5.

No cancellation can be made on-line on the Website. Bookings made through a travel agent may only be cancelled by contacting that travel agent. In the event of a Holiday Package being expressly presented as not allowing refunds or exchange once booked, no cancellation will be accepted on such a Holiday Package and on services booked in addition to such a Holiday Package.

Where it is specified that a Holiday Package includes transport* that is non-exchangeable and nonrefundable, no cancellation will be accepted on transport. In some cases, you may be required to confirm your request for cancellation in writing to allow for it to be processed. In all cases, a confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you. Please report any error upon receipt to Euro Disney by telephone indicated in our brochure and on the Website or using the contact details provided in clause II.1.1.4, or to your travel agent as the case may be.

Thank you for posting this! I am just about to start digging into the final planning on out first trip this August and was wondering the same thing. Good luck with booking and please post a follow-up once you've booked!

Is the entire balance due at booking or do you pay a deposit and the balance is due closer to check-in? Thanks in advance!!

When you book online the entire balance is charged- no matter what the site tells you. I booked through the French site a couple of weeks ago and it told me it was only charging the deposit, but my card was charged the full amount.

When booking ONLINE, the full amount is taken.

If you book on the PHONE, you can choose just to pay a deposit, and pay the remaining amount a set amount of time (6 weeks?!) before your trip.

Plus, when you book on the phone, you may benefit from the promotions of the country you choose. And you may pay in multiple times (more than deposit + remaining amount) by calling them (though they clearly don't encourage guests doing it).

Thank you for this information and the link. I had read that and am still unclear whether or not this package allows refunds or not. I cannot find that information specific to this offer.

I was looking at the same deal and I am confused about the amount charge. Will my card be charged in Pounds or will it be converted to USD?
Also is this considered a vacation package that receives free financing on the Disney Visa?
