yeah that's from Lanie's set right? Amazon or ebay are your best bets, the Girl of the year and her accessory's become hard items to find after they are taken off the shelves!!

It sold out before Christmas, and because it was for the 2010 girl of the year, they won't get any more in stock. It was on the top of my DD's Christmas list, but she seems to have recovered from the disappointment.

You can get them on eBay, if you don't mind paying double! DH is still hoping to get a deal on one, after some parent gets tired of tripping over it in their living room.

I thought so, she got Lanie for xmas with her accessories. I can't say I'm sad because I had no interested in paying the original price never mind what they want now. I was surprised when he told me he wanted to buy it for her because before xmas there was NO WAY he was forking out that kind of money. It all works out for the best, or at least for my buget's best : ) I was thinking of getting her a netbook or Itouch so she'll stop hoarding my iphone for her math games.

That's the thing with the Girl of the Year, make sure you buy whatever you want from the collection and do it well before Christmas. My friends DD STILL talks about how she wanted Marisol ( a past Girl of the Year) and her mother waited until December to order her and she was sold out. This girl is in high school now!

DD & I have 2 *was 3 but 1 was sold and 1 more might have to go, we *she* doesn't need more than 1 of a doll* eBay Marisol's ~ all were in great condition *2 in the complete meet outfit* I never pay more than original retail value *and I'll buy new if the doll isn't retired* on the secondary market.

Check out my most recent *squee* She's lovely ~ her hair is in excellent condition *most Nicki's now have ratty hair - which is fixable but still. I'm pleased with the price I paid *especially shipping - I know how much it is just to ship a doll. A new doll is now $100 +tax *maybe - I don't pay tax on direct AG purchases ~ no UT store* & shipping unless you purchase during a Free Shipping time *happens a couple times a year. Jackson *the horse* retailed for $65
