I don't think so. This is what it says, "The area will be open to guests who purchase a multi-park ticket or annual pass with an American Express Card at the front gate of the park or at UniversalOrlando.com."

Found out from today that it is with ANY AMEX card, and any multi-day tickets or annual passes purchased from Yesterday on.
It is a great little oasis full of water and snacks, and a great place to charge your electronics...and use the bathroom.

I think the real question was how you prove your tickets were purchased with an Amex card.
