Amenities when you rent points from DVC

Hi there,

Dies anyone know whether there are laundry facilities for DVC members? If so, are you able to use those facilities if you are renting points from a DVC member? We are staying at AK Jambo House in a value studio and was wondering if there are even any DVC laundry facilities, and if so, where are they and is there a charge to use them?

Yes, there are laundry facilities for DVC members. Anyone staying on points (whether they are yours or you rented them) may use the facility. Your room key will get you in. No charge, other than detergent, etc. (I always pack those Purex all-in-one sheets.) In AKL Jambo, the laundry is on the 5th floor (where the DVC Villas are located), right off the lobby on Zebra trail.

Yes, there are laundry facilities for DVC members. Anyone staying on points (whether they are yours or you rented them) may use the facility. Your room key will get you in. No charge, other than detergent, etc. (I always pack those Purex all-in-one sheets.) Wow! Thanks for that info. We will be staying at the same place in a week. I doubt we will need to do laundry when we go, but just in case ... ya never know. (Maybe for drying stuff before packing. )
