Amber Frey on Oprah today was VERY interesting

If you are even the slightest bit interested in the Scott Peterson case, you'd like this show. I have never had a good opinion of her, but after listening to what she went through, I have to say that I give her credit.

Did you all know that whe Scott was arrested he had duct tape, a dagger, a knife, a folding saw and directions to Amber's office on him? It sure sounds like he was going to kill her as well.

Amber herself didn't even know that until fairly recently. It must have come out in the trial.

Yes I have heard that he had all of that stuff. My Mom was glued to CourtTV during the trial and it was brought up than.

I honestly believe she is a lucky girl he was arrested when he was.

That's scary! I know the defense often asks for info not to be released because it could be misinterpreted and hurt the client. But, man!

I watched her on dateline last night, and wasn't really her fan before.....but wow, I do feel really bad for her. She didn't have a clue she was the other woman. And he had even called her while he was at Lacy's memorial service saying he was in Paris. He really was nuts--to think she'd never find out.

I followed this case way to closely. I won't be able to see Oprah today as I'm at work but I did see the interview with Matt Lauer last night. It was released before the trial that SP had those items in his car when arrested but the directions to Ambers workplace was brought out during the trial which made a lot of people think - what was SP planning on doing with those items along with the driving directions to Amber's workplace - very scary indeed.

I completely believe SP WAS going to harm Amber - glad he was arrested when he was.

We've been hashing this out on the Court TV boards for about a year now.

I really, really think that SP COULD of had something to do with this girl' (Kristen Smart) disappearance, I really do. I understand that there is NOT much evidence and LE thought her boyfriend at the time was a suspect but they don't have enough to charge him.

What is the coincidence of someone being around the same area where girls are disappearing and having nothing to do with it? I would think small - I myself, have never known anyone to disappear, etc. and here we have SP who was at the same college (St. Louis Obispo) when this Kristen girl went missing along with SP SHORT stay at ASU (Arizona State) - Scott went home even before the first semester ended and his parents say they never asked him why? Yes, there was a girl that disappeared from a golf course in Arizona - makes one wonder, doesn't it?

I wouldn't be surprised if SP had murdered before and got away with it - it would certainly explain why he was so calm, cool after he reported Laci missing.

Sorry to ramble on, can you tell I've followed this case a little too closely, LOL!

I always thought he might have done it but after watching today and hearing what they found in his car- I am convinced. Amber is lucky her and her daughter are OK.
