Does Disney charge anything to store packages and then deliver them to guest rooms?

I was thinking of ordering water, sodas, snacks, shampoos, body wash, sunscreen, etc through Amazon Prime Pantry and have them delivered a couple days before we arrive (to make sure the package beats us there). I just did a test shopping and I could fit a ton of stuff in the $5.99 box on Amazon.

When doing this, we just use the hotel address and our name/reservation number, right? Anything else that should be included?

Any tips? Suggestions?

I did this on our last trip as well as using garden grocer. From the way disney handled it, no issues. BUT, my stuff didn't arrive when it was promised (even though i ordered it early) and i didn't get any notice from amazon about the delay. We didn't end up getting all of our stuff from prime pantry until day 3 of my 10 day trip. It was extremely inconvenient and I won't do it again. YMMV.

Just like @megs1313 I could not get the delivery date I needed from Prime Pantry so I used Prime Now! last year. I would order earlier than you think and just like you just did with the trial order you'll see the delivery date range before you place the order. But I will be using Prime Now! again this summer.

We have had to pay a fee at the Boardwalk but not at the Polynesian. If you stay at a resort with a conference or business center you will have to pay a small fee.

I was thinking of doing this on check-in day. Would I need a room number for a delivery, or can I just leave that blank, and then pick it up at the lobby? Are they even allowed to deliver to the room?

No they can't deliver to your room. I don't recall ever putting a room number on, although I did put m arrival date on. they will leave it with bell services. Bell services can deliver it to your room after you are checked in, but you'll need to be in the room to accept the delivery.
