Amazon Prime deliveries

For those of you that use this method, how is it worth it? I was looking, and a loaf of bread was $12?? Am I missing something? Looking for someone with experience to help me out, thanks!

I used it on our last trip and it was worth it for us. I ordered water bottles, gatorade, coffee pods and coffee creamer (bc I am picky), breakfast bars, and snack food- things that I knew I would pay much much more for in the parks or resort. Everything I ordered was reasonably priced and I did not order anything that seemed outrageous. Maybe keep checking and see if the price comes down. The prices do fluctuate often.

you really need to look in amazon prime pantry not just in prime.
for the most part anything that can spoil is not really available for shipment.
prices are reasonable and sometimes better than what I can find locally.

Also Amazon prime "now" is also a feature that delivers within a few hours after you order..this service offers a little more flexibility and availability of items are different than normal amazon products sold in prime and prime pantry. items like milk and eggs are available to deliver
