Yes, the two day shipping part means two days from when it is boxed and turned over to the carrier. it is important to read when ordering if it may take 2-3 days to fulfill the order. We have had this happen to us as well.
Do you work for Amazon because this is the exact same line they like to give!

I think most of us have enough Amazon experience to realize that 2 day Prime means whenever the hell they want versus what their website says. It will clearly state on their website, "Arrives by such and such date" and when it doesn't and ends up coming two, three, or four days later, Amazon will give the "it is two days after it is fulfilled" line. Yeah, NO! That isn't at all what it says when the order is placed. I've gone round and round with them, taken screen shots to prove it, and they simply don't care. I've learn to accept that while many things will indeed arrive in two days, it isn't at all unusual to have it take three or four.
