Amazon orders

Does anyone know if Amazon is still fulfilling orders? I placed an order a week ago and it still says that it is in the “ordered” stage. Should I just cancel it or is it just delayed? I also just want to add that I totally understand if they cannot ship the order. Thanks in advance

I read that they will fulfill orders with current stock, and then nothing but essentials. I can say the DS AND DD both received Amazon orders this week.

I've placed a couple orders and they all seem to be shipping, though as individual items and in strange packaging, and using a variety of carriers.

My nephews girlfriend placed an Amazon order this week and it was delivered today. Don't know what she ordered though.

I ordered six books for my boss last week and they have since all been shipped, but won't arrive until April-May.

I think it's a matter of if the items are in stock, they will ship them. If not, they will rely on the sellers (assuming it's third party) to ship them. Even some book purchases go through the publishing houses and not Amazon.
