Amazon lighting deal question

THere are some deals I'm looking at for the amazon lighting deals. They're small things such as Big Bang Theory season 6 for $7.99. I'm wondering though if you get one of those deals do you have to check out immediately? I'd rather wait until I get a few things in my cart to a) not have to pay for shipping and b) not have to place a bunch of different orders. But I would think with the lighting deals you have to check out quickly to get the cheap price? Anyone know?

Once you place the item in your cart you have 15 minutes to check-out and then the deal expires. If there are any left, you can put it back in your cart. It's impulse buying

I just scored my copy of Big Bang Theory Season 6... it has become a BF tradition for me to grab them on Black Friday for cheap
