Amazon fresh to DVC resorts?

Good morning. Just wondering if anyone knows if Amazon fresh delivers to DVC resorts? If so, when we transfer resorts will bell services transfer the small amount of food and water we want to buy?

I thought Bell Services would transfer food items/water as long as they do not require refrigeration? Did that change again?

Bell Services will not transfer refrigerated or frozen foods, but they will transfer other grocery items. It's best to package those in a suitcase or other container rather than in multiple plastic grocery bags.

We were there in January and used Amazon and they did.

This was a recent change. The issue is that they cannot guarantee frozen/chilled foods will stay that way in transit to your new resort, so to avoid problems, they will no longer transfer these items. It is best to pack them up yourself an take them to the next resort and leave with bell services telling them that it needs to be refrigerated or frozen. They will store the items for you and then you can pick them up or have them delivered when you check-in.

They won’t transport them from resort to resort. But if you have an order stored with them from a delivery, they will deliver to your room.

But, for those who split stay, you can’t send cold things via the luggage transfer. You have to do that yourself.

So, we end up just packing everyone and use Uber and then bell services at resort two just stores for us until the room is ready!

Yes they deliver, I’ve used them. Put the resort address in the delivery, put Guest name (and arrival date if you haven’t arrived yet) in the delivery section, and put “deliver to bell services” int here somewhere too. Bell services will no longer transfer refrigerated items. Other than that I think you should be good.

They will no longer transfer refrigerated items *between* resorts. That is relatively new. They will still accept refrigerated items that you have delivered however, and will temporarily store them for you.
