Amazon Fresh/Refrigeration

Hi - we are going to Florida in December and we are considering using a new grocery delivery service. We have used Magical Vacation Services in the past without issue but my mom wanted to try something new.

Does Amazon Fresh mark what needs to be refrigerated? Frozen?
Any issues with Amazon Fresh/Bell Services? We will be staying at Jambo/AKL.
How hard is it to get a delivery time slot (we land on a Friday evening)?
Are items generally available? It makes me a little nervous not to know in advance if I'll be able to get what I am looking for and no time to pivot. Both my daughter and stepfather can be...picky.
Can you specify substitutions/no substitutions on items?

I refuse to pay the Instacart markup.

I guess the alternative would be to uber to/from the market.
