Ouch. That's a lot. I think ebay is only like 10% between paypal and ebay fees. Although it's a bit higher for new users.

So find someone local who will buy it for $38! Or even if you could find someone local who would buy it for $32, you'd still do better.

I've looked into Amazon and found their fee structure really high with multiple different things they charge for. I BUY alot on Amazon but won't SELL there..Ebay, even combined with PayPal is much more reasonable for what I sell, which is low cost items.Also, since Ebay now gives you some free listings each month, it really does make a difference.

Not only are their fees really high they do not give you a big enough shipping credit to pay for what it costs to ship the items unless you are selling books. They give you 3.99 on a book and it doesn't cost 3.99 to ship a book media mail.
