amazon diaper code help please

Ok, I have 2 amazon diaper codes for 20% off diapers. I tried to use them, and each one comes up that I need to refer to the coupon for terms and conditions and that I can't use this coupon like this. The coupon says it must be purchased from amazon, and it is. It's not being sold by a third party as some things on amazon are. I tried to use one coupon at a time, not stacked or anything. It has not expired. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any insight.

Have you figured it out? You can only use one "type" of code per account (you can use one 5J, one YJ, one YT), so if you have previously used a code on the account that may be why you are receiving the message. Create a new Amazon account and see if the codes work.
