For any Prime experts, do you know how, if at all, this would work? My son has a free Prime account, which I know gets no streaming or Kindle lending. He can upgrade to a paid account for half price. When you have a paid account you can share with 4 members of your family in the same house. I have my own Amazon account (non prime) and my Kindle is under my account. Would he be able to share with me, and would I still be able to use my Kindle account, so I can keep everything I have bought and use the Prime lending library?
Did that even make sense??
Thanks!
No unfortunately that wouldn't work.
According to Amazon:
Eligible Prime members -- paid Amazon Prime, paid Amazon student, one-month free trial, and customers receiving a free month of Prime benefits with a Kindle Fire -- must own a Kindle device that is registered to the same Amazon.com account as the eligible Prime account in order to access this benefit.
