I am trying Photobucket, but when I try to copy the link it doesn't show the picture :( any tips on how to get the links to work?

This is EXACTLY what I wanted! But I never truly expected to get the ring or the man of my dreams!

Ok, here is my next big decision: Bridesmaids dresses! We are having a very laid back, country-esque wedding, that just so happens to be at Disney (Our favorite place on earth!) The men will be in starched jeans and button up, long sleeve shirts that look like this: (DF in Solid and GM in print)

And here is what I have narrowed my BMs dresses down to: (Yes, they will be in boots! (Just probably not the ones my FSIL has on) But the dresses will be in shades of brown)

OPINIONS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!:flower3:

OK, One more before bed! Here is my HANDSOME DF trying on the jacket we found for him! He will be in similar jeans and boots, the solid shirt from above, and this jacket for the wedding. I'm also going to try to find a champaign paisley tie for him to match my dress! My dress is champaign color and I LOVE IT!!!! I tried on several of the Disney dresses and loved a few of them too  but they were just out of our price range :sad2: Alfred Angelo in Frisco, TX was amazing to work with though. That's where I feel I got my true bridal experience! I ended up getting my dress from David's Bridal, and they were fine to work with, just nothing compared to AA. I don't have any pics of me in my dress, because my iPhone is linked with DF's and I'm not taking a chance on him seeing my dress!!!

Oooh! I love your attire plans! So fun and laid back!

I vote for the first dress- no real reason why, just like it better!

That ring is awesome! :lovestruc

I agree one liking the first one better, but they both look nice. :thumbsup2

I like the second dress better for some reason but they are similar and would both look great! I think I just like the contrast of the sweetheart neckline with cowboy boots. So cute!

DF INSISTED on wearing his Cinch Jeans and boots and I don't mind at all, I'm not a fan of penguin suits!

We actually picked the ring together and when our consultant pulled it out of the case, I GASPED!!!

In the pictures #1 looks better than it does in person. But it compliments my dress SOOOO well! And I've always wanted BM dresses that "go" with my dress! But #2 looks great in person and is cute, too! Decisions, Decisions!

Well, this is kinda out of order from my other posts, but we kinda have a funny E-Story and I finally have time to sit down and write it out!

SO, Caleb and I met at church in August 2011. I was the first person to arrive at the young adult life group on that Sunday morning and was talking to Mike and Jackie, Caleb's parents, when Caleb walked in. I thought he was cute and tall! His family is very nice, and so I thought he might be someone I would be interested in, but I had just started a new job and wasn't worried about meeting anyone. EXCEPT, after the church service that day, we had parked near each other and I watched him get in his nice, dually, diesel truck and then we waved to each other and I was like "hmmmm...":scratchin

From that point on for the next couple months we only saw each other at church on Sundays and also a bible study on Wednesdays. THEN, because of work, I had to miss a Sunday young adult group. Later that day, I got a Facebook message from Caleb saying he missed seeing me there :woohoo: I told him I thought it was his parents making him tell me that, but he insisted they didn't! I sent him my number because I would rather txt than fb message, and we talked for a couple weeks like that. Like I said earlier in my post about who we are and what we do, Caleb's family owns a horse transport company. On October 1, Caleb had just gotten back from a trip to Georgia and he had kinda invited me to a truck show just north of Fort Worth. But he ended up having to work that day and it didn't work out :sad1: But I was still bound-and-determined to hang out, so I said "I'm going to a movie, and you are welcome to come, but I'm going" (I'm fine going to movies alone! Chalk it up to moving 14 hours away from home and working ridiculous hours and not being able to have much of a social life!) Needless to say he got ready in a hurry and he picked me up at the church and off we went! I can still picture him in his Purple T-Shirt, black Oakley sunglasses, a ball cap, boots and jeans  We have been INSEPARABLE ever since!

So we have been dating since October 1, 2011 and "looking" at rings since mid-December. It started out just stopping by jewelry stores in the mall, but we weren't really finding anything that struck us and the sales people in those stores leave MUCH to be desired. (I hope I don't offend anyone, but we just did not have good service!) And then I saw an ad on Facebook for Verragio rings and I fell in love! I love the detail that you can see from the side! So, we found a jewelry store not too far away and went to explore! Our consultant, Molly, was great and we loved the store and when she pulled my ring out of the case I GASPED! Caleb told me later that when I had that reaction, Molly and him winked at each other, we all knew we had found the one! I didn't want to be there when he bought it, and we really weren't ready yet. So she took our info and I HOPED Caleb would be back to buy it!

Caleb can NOT keep secrets from me (you'll see this pop up again later!) and one day he ended up telling me that Molly had called and there were only 2 of my rings left at the store!!! :scared1: He knew how much I wanted that ring and I could tell he was getting really close to getting it!

OK, SOOOO...I had been at a bridal show all day with my friend Jenny, who got engaged in December! We really enjoyed our day in bridal bliss! Then on the way home we stopped at Robbins Brothers jewelry store, the store that had my ring. Jenny had been proposed to with a fake ring, under the understanding that she would be able to pick something out at a later date! Caleb and I had such a good experience at RB that I was sure Jenny would love it, too, and find what she was looking for! (Which she did, but that's beside the point!) When we were done, I had Jenny drop me off at Caleb's house. When I walked in, Jackie, FMIL, had a bag in her hand, but I didn't pay any attention to it, I just sat down and started going through my wedding show stuff! Caleb's sister, Catherine sat down to look at it with me, and so did Jackie. A little bit later Caleb came in to see how the day went, but he was making a fuss over something on my phone?!? He told me not to look at the photos on the photo stream, which I agreed, but had no idea what he was talking about!! So as I was telling him about the day and that Jenny and I had stopped at the jewelry store, he said "Oh, what time?" and I said "we left about 45 minutes ago." So then I'm telling him how busy it was in there, and he said "Yeah, Molly (our ring consultant) said they sold 25 rings today!!!!" OOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPSSSS! NOW, we HAD been talking about the ring and getting engaged for awhile so I wasn't that surprised! However, to top it all off Jackie was on her cell phone with Caleb's grandma, when his brother called the house phone. Catherine put it on speaker phone so her mom could hear what he wanted and the first thing out of his mouth was "I want to see the ring!!!!" and I was standing right there!!! So now the cat is DEFINITELY out of the bag...Caleb has the ring! So, the rest of the evening was spent laughing about how the family can't keep a secret and everyone EXCEPT ME was running back to the bedroom to look at the ring! We also figured out that there was a chance that we were at the jewelry store the same time or missed each other by a small margin! Well, Caleb still had to take me home that evening, and when we drove into the ranch I made the comment that it was unusually dark, there weren't lights on anywhere. And since I had been at the bridal show, I had a bag of stuff, a binder, my purse, and my phone all in my hands and was trying to open the door to the house when I hear "wait, I have something to ask you!!!" And as I was turning around, to find Caleb down on one knee, he was saying "now what is it I'm suppose to say? Oh yeah, Will You Marry Me!!!" And when he opened the ring box, it had a light in it that was shining perfectly on the beautiful ring!!! SOOOOO PERFECT since it was pitch black out that night! Of course I said "YES!"

Beautiful ring!
And I love that everyone will be in their boots. I totally get the laid back vibe (my reception is a picnic!) Looking forwards to reading more!
