I mostly eat chicken, but when I was pregnant with DD I would order the biggest steak and eat the whole thing! I craved steak so much when I was pregnant. Gotta love that!

I love BEEF! RARE RARE RARE! For Christmas dinner I'm making Alton Brown's Dry Aged Standing Rib Roast with Sage Jus- I can't wait! It breaks my heart to see someone cook a piece of beef until it's the texture of shoe leather.

Steakumms, they still make them but they are not popular around here in Philly... limited shelf space... I guess with all the Philly cheesesteaks around.


As for me, I'm not a real beef person. I'll have it occasionally, but not often

Cindy, I love to watch FoodTv and they say that all the time. Maybe one day I'll make it to Philly to see what I'm missing.

Really, its definetely way different than anything you see in stores/restaurants. When we were in Florida in August, they were advertising a Philly McSteak sandwich or something like that... what a joke!
