Am I the only one who's a teensy bit disappointed?

Since I'm a relative newcomer (couple of months) I'm thrilled to pick up the previously released items. I even like the green superhero and had already traded for it.

I'm thrilled with the Jafar hat as it does finally give a nod to the villains. I'm hoping for an Evil queen hat (cowl with crown). Of course, a gown and cope to go with it wouldn't be amiss.

I've been trying to create a photoshop version for my vmk avatar already. How much better if I could just snap a picture!

I think we were told to save our credits because this month has been non-stop spending. Take a moment to add up the total credits you have spent the last few weeks.

I don't know about some of you, but I play all week to be able to buy a fraction of what I want to buy.

And by Sunday, I am broke again. So, yeah, I agree, we have had to save those credits.

I love everything we've gotten this Halloween, but when they said 'save your credits' I really was looking forward to a surprise. The Jafar hat is neat, but it's just not my style. I have one, but I doubt I'll ever wear it. I was hoping for something else as a surprise other than that candy pumpkin. We all knew that was coming from the host rooms so no shocker there. Maybe some other neat furniture or magic or something. Oh well.

I want to warrant a guess as to the mystery costume item next week...

So it seems we're going to get a cool new hat every week:

Week 1 was the King's Crown
Week 2 was the Witch's Hat
Week 3 was the Jafar Hat

I'm noticing somewhat of a trend... King's Crown can possibly just be a guy's version of the Evil Queen crown, Witch's Hat, and the headdress of Jafar. I'm thinking the trend is hats of Villains.

Which brings me to the reason why I have Mal quoted...


I'm guessing we'll be treated to a Maleficient hat.

THAT WOULD BE SO COOL! Or what about a Davey Jones hat?

I am happy with whatever VMK decides to give us...and they have given us more than I ever thought they would. I learned a saying a long time ago -- "never bite the hand that feeds you." VMK gives us items...we should be happy with what they choose to let us have. Offer suggestions? Of course. But we should not complain. We should be glad they are letting us play their free game. JMO~

I didn't say I wasn't happy. I love the candy dispenser, and was exceptionally pleased that it was so affordable. Between that and the costumes, I nearly cleaned out my main account.

They hadn't really done any type of "advertising" so to speak for the mystery item in previous weeks, so it led me to believe it was going to be more than something of a smiliar caliber/price level. It just was a little less than I expected from the build-up is all.

That said, I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the stuff for Halloween--it's been a lot of fun, and it gave me the opportunity to do some "stocking up" and to pick up some stuff I missed--I was without a computer during much of the spring due to my move, so I got to play a little catch up--never a bad thing. I will continue to enjoy VMK, quirks, disappointments and all.

OMG look how smart Pirate-Emery is! He had a hard time finding this post so i wanted to bump it up for him so everyone could see it and believe that he predicted correctly! Way to go Pirate!
