Am I the only one crazy enough to take 6 kids to WDW?

WE only have 4 but now I sure wish that we had more. Our age range is 5-20 and it is truely a blessing. Have a great time on your trip we have taken all of them almost every year and it has been great.

We have been 2 years in a row to WDW with our 5 children. They are 10, 9, 8, 6 & 2 yrs old. It is tons of fun and totally worth it. Each vacation has made memories for a lifetime.

Of course we get lots of comments - the usual "you have your hands full", "how do you do it all?", "are you going to have more?".

With the amount of people who watch us(stare) and ask questions, I told DH that next time I'm going to print programs(listing ages, likes/dislikes, etc) and charge admission to watch us. LOL!

... and a touch of envy, lol. I salute you moms of 4 and more! We've got 3, and I'd love to have more. I think not right now, but I wouldn't mind a "surprise" in a few years! DH says he's done, but I always tell him he's only 2 beers away from another baby, lol. ;)

Anyway, I agree that the OP is not crazy! Seventh Heaven is one of my favorite shows, and I would love to have a family as big as that!

OH, and also always amazed at how people think they can ask you any personal question about your kids and the circumstances under which they were born. Sheesh!

I am glad to hear that there are other moms with larger families that frequent Disney.

We can NEVER get away from the comments about our seven while we are out and about (let alone the stares when we request the three highchairs in the restaurants).

kpk89, so funny you mentioned seventh heaven. My dds like that show and our twins are our youngest kiddos. We have a large engraved plaque hanging over the front of our house with "Seventh Heaven" on it.

We leave for ten days at Port Orleans French Quarter tomorrow (havent tried that resort yet) and while I am very excited about it, already dreading the comments we will get at the airport and fearing the amount of laundry I will have to do when we get back:crazy:

proud Disney mom to six beautiful princesses and one little prince.

You are all a true inspiration. I have 3 and I barely make it through the day. Believe it or not, with 3 I get comments. Most families around here just have 2 kids.

I loved the kpd89's comment of only 2 beers away from another one...BAHAHAHA!!!

I say we're done but hey, you never know!!

Same here -- in our circle of friends, never mind the general population, 2 kids seems to be the limit. Actually I think it's interesting that the only people I know (except me!) with 3 kids, are people whose first 2 are the same gender. I.e., had 2 girls and were "trying for a boy" or vice versa. I am the only person I know who had a boy and a girl and then went on to have a 3rd just because we wanted another child!

Kim...it's the same with us which I think is why I get a lot of comments. I had a girl and a boy and people are really interested to know if my little guy was an "accident". Now that he's 2 he's an accident waiting to happen but he was very much planned!! People can't wrap their brains around the fact that you had one of each gender and actually had a 3rd cause you wanted another BABY.

10 years ago we took our first WDW vacation with 4 kids. In February we will go back for our 20th vacation with all 6 of our sons. We are also celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary. We will be at POFQ in two rooms. Not overly romantic, by some standards...but we wanted one more vacation with the whole family before DS heads off to college. Our boys range in age from 1-18.
