Am i missing the diamond celebration by going oct?

They've just announced the Diamond Celebration will continue until September 6, 2016.

So if your trip is this year, you will see it, if it's 2016... no.

If i go next month will i see both diamond and halloween? Even fireworks?

I'm assuming the other nights will be the Diamond Celebration. So your plans if you want to see both should include a night for each...

Most likely Paint the Night and the Fireworks show will still be there after the official celebration.

If you come in October you're going to see a mixture of 60th and Halloween. They're presenting PtN nightly (including MHP night). The 60th Anniversary fireworks (Disneyland Forever) are also being presented on all non-MHP night (which is unusual because fireworks are normally only on weekends in Oct), but on MHP nights they present Halloween Screams during the party instead. There is no Halloween Mad T Party this year, instead the Diamond Mad T Party is being presented on weekends (Fri-Sun). WoC: Celebrate (60th Anniversary version) is being presnted nightly. F! Is unaffected by Halloween or the Anniversary. The Dapper Dans are in their Halloween costumes and do a Halloween song list. The decorations are the biggest hodge-podge of things. Main Street has mostly Halloween decor, but the castle is still decked out for the 60th. Frontierland looks Halloween, but the Mark Twain is still has the 60th bunting. Overall, it's a mixture of the two events.
