Am I Missing something???

I thought that I heard that they were adding a new country, where the African themed area is/was (next to Germany & b4 China.... Am I wrong or did I miss something, because I don't recall seeing anything different there last summer, and not sure if this was even true, or is something in the works?

Right. But the OP's question has nothing to do with an African country other than the space in question being in the area of the African outpost.
