Am I correct in assuming there will be no AP rates for black out times?

We were hoping for a good rate for July of this year. WE just received our Mickey Monitor and it says...

View your benefits online starting in January Then you can pass on the sleeve Soon your pass will be lighter than ever! Why? Becusee were moving your Passholder discounts, benefits, entitlements and more (including a printer friendly version of them) to the disneyworld.com/passholder website. Keep a lookout.

below is says seasonal black out dates...

Dec.22, 2005-Jan 5, 2006
April 8, 2006-April 21, 2006
June 10, 2006-August 17, 2006
Dec 22, 2006-January 5 2007

Am I correct in assuming there will be no "good" rates for AP holders during these dates? I was so hoping for a good price. We can only go in the summer or on breaks as we are teachers. I guess I will look into Dolphin/Swan teacher discount. We will keep our fingers crossed for a post card rate.....oh well!!!

I think that is for FL residents. That is the time they cannot use their pass for Disney.I may be wrong though.

That info looks like the "seasonal" AP that Fl residents can purchase.

They are the SAP blackout dates.. The Mickey Monitor has always printed that in there. It has nothing to do with booking rooms. Even during the SAP blackout dates, an SAP holder can book a room, just not go into the theme parks.... at least that is how it is now, who knows what it is to come with Disney's changes
