am I able to change resort scheduled for night before cruise ...

once documents have been received? I am scheduled to stay at the Dolphin on the night before our 5/5 cruise. I have received our documents already. After reading many recent posts on the resort board re: Dolphin disappointments (condition of room, housekeeping problems, etc.) I am considering switching to the Polynesian (based upon availability). I know it's only one night, but I don't want to start our vacation off on a disappointing note. We are scheduled to stay at the Poly three nights following the cruise. Does anyone know if this is possible? I booked through DU and have e-mailed them, but haven't heard anything yet. Just wondering if anyone else has changed four weeks before?

I would assume that it is a separate reservation? If so I dont think there would be a problem cancelling the resort reservation and booking a new one, provided the time on the cancellation policy hasnt run out yet.
Maybe a DU agent can give you a definite answer to this one.
