Already Booked But With New Deal Out Now I'm Totally Confused

I already used two years worth of points and booked at the Grand Floridian main tower concierge for this Jan 31st - Feb 7th to celebrate my daughters 13th birthday. I don't have tickets yet and with this new deal I am wondering if it might be worth it for me to just book straight out and use my points for something else or another vacation to Disney. I emailed for a free quote and was quoted $3800 for a family of 5 to stay at the Grand Floridian for 8 days 7nights with a ten day park hopper for all. I asked for a concierge room but I am not sure if this quote is for concierge or what building they are putting me in. I have to call to get further details. Anyone have an opinion or feedback as to wheteher or not it would be worth it to book not using my points. It is important to me to be in the main building of the GF and to have concierge being that it would be our first time staying there and our first time using concierge service, and we are celebrating a special occasion.

Part of the answer depends on how you choose to value your points, but the recent offer is certainly inviting.

You should be aware that if you do decide to cancel your current reservation, you will not be able to use those points at a DVC resort since they are in "Reservation Status" and can only be used for a stay at any of the non-DVC options (WDW resorts, DL resorts, Concierge Collection, Disney Cruise).
