Aloha show VS Hoop de do?

My friend is going in July with 3 girls 3 8 12, any suggestion as to what show is better and why? Thanks for the advice!

I've been to both and loved both the food and the corny show. I do think the Luau is great at night when all the torches are lit. It may be late for the 3 yr old. Have a great time
