We are leaving for Disney World in 6 days, and I can't wait!!! But, I was wondering what are some tips and/or things to do in Disney. Anything you regret not doing, any shops you regret not going in, or things you were glad you did.

Happy 16th birthday! I'm going to be going to WDW for my 16th birthday as well.

I would recommend seeing Fantasmic. I've seen it 3 times and I still love it! IMO, I think it's one of the greatest shows at WDW!

In addition, I'm glad I pushed myself to try the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. Aerosmith is a personal favourite of mine, and now, it's my favourite ride!

Also, I'm happy that I took the time to notice the hidden magic of WDW. If you're rushing around, you miss a lot of the Disney magic. If you're interested in learning about the details of WDW, take a look at The Hidden Magic of Walt Disney World by Susan Veness (http://www.amazon.ca/Hidden-Magic-Walt-Disney-World/dp/1605500631). The only ride I suggest you don't go on is Stitch's Great Escape. There's a part where Stitch burps and the scent is absolutely disgusting! Some people enjoy that ride, but I will never go back on it.

thank so much!!!! I am so excited, 3 finals left then Disney World! Sadly, when we went to Disney last August, my dad really wanted to go on Stitch's Great Escape! The ride broke and we were stuck in the holding area for at least 20 mins. Then to make it better, I was smelling the smell of that burp for too long! Thanks for the links!

We were hot and super crabby after an afternoon at AK. While we were leaving DD saw a tshirt she wanted. She rarely asks for stuff. I honestly couldn't wait to go back to Pop to shower, we were SOOOO gross. I promised we'd get it when we went back to AK.

We never made it back to AK.

For unique stuff, buy it when you see it!

My biggest thing is TALKING to the CMs!!! You never know what they are going to tell you. I've had some really great things come out of just talking with them. Learning about them, their country, Disney, etc.

Strike up a conversation whenever you can!

and have then add some Disney Confetti to your hair. My son(age 19)had them gel and confetti his hair one afternoon. We took ome great phoos and had lots of interaction with Disney characters and CMs because of it. It was really fun!! Happy Birthday!!

Oh and get a birthday badge too! I got escourted to the front of the line at Soarin because of my birthday badge.There was a 90 minute wait time and fast passes were gone. It was a lovely present.
