We leave in 4 days. We're taking our first family trip and we put it together pretty fast. Without this community I don't know if I would have had the courage. I am taking my DW, my 8yo DD and 6yo DS. Our son has autism and we've been fighting it for years. We're very blessed in that he's come a long way and we believe we can finally travel. He's on the GFCF diet and we have all his supplies and documentation. However, since we've learned so much here my very smart wife suggested I check to see what we may be overlooking.

We're staying at the Poly next week, we've got the dining plan and reservations, a stroller reserved, rain ponchos and some park plans. I think the standard items (toiletries, camera, etc.) are covered.

Here's what I know I don't know...

Does the Poly have fans or some type of white noise machines available?

Instead of gardengrocer, we are thinking of getting a cab to the local grocery store. Is this a good idea? We don't know how big the fridge is in the room and my wife feels more comfortable shopping personally for our kids, especially our son.

Look, I'll admit it. I'm scared and excited all at the same time. My wife deserves this as much as the kids and while I expect some bumps along the way, I would be really bummed if I overlooked something. Any thoughts from you experts would be greatly appreciated.
