Almost 100 days out, need dinner recipes that "scream" Disney World!

Its almost 100 days until our trip and I want o surprise my kids with a special Disney World themed dinner! I'm having a really tough time finding a recipe though. I do have a cookbook from Disney World but none of the recipes really scream Disney to me. Also its tough to make something that my kids will like (as much as I want to recreate the soups from Boma, ha!) And everything I find online is a cake or cupcake.. I need an actual dinner idea!

Anyone have any dinner ideas that really make them feel like Disney???

Dole whip. Google recipes. There are about a billion out there.

Buy a Mickey Mouse waffle iron, and have breakfast for dinner. Serve dole whips for dessert.

What a great idea! I'm going to have to break out my Disney cook book. What if you did a bread service with toasted pita bread and different hummus and salsa in ramikans like Sanaa? If your kids are like mine, they love to dip things. You could do a bbq spread like hddr or Mickey back yard bbq and serve it on Mickey plates from the party store and put down a gingham table cloth. I'm not sure where y'all are eating but maybe look through the menus and pick a dish from those restaurants to try to recreate. Then you could do a vote at every meal in Disney with moms version versus disneys version.
