Allergy-free foods at Rainforest, T-Rex and Yak and Yeti

I know these restaurants are not owned by Disney, so I wasn't sure if they make any accommodations for Gluten or Dairy free at these restaurants. I have breakfast ADRs at Rainforest, and Dinner ADRs at T-Rex and was wondering how others have been able to eat at these restaurants.
