Here's a vote for one I haven't seen suggested to you yet - Garden Grill at Epcot.
Great character interaction, interesting restaurant, "lots of meat" (I love it LOL - sounds like my DH, that's one of his main criteria for a meal), and we always enjoy the food. We are eating there for my birthday dinner in September YAY!!

For our family, we love Biergarten for the food and the entertainement. Ohanas has been a favorite for a long time too, but we like the change of pace and style of food at Biergarten.

It sounds good to me too, and I have always wanted to eat in a revolving restaurant, and I like that it is in future world. The kids options don't really meet my daughter's picky needs(no grilled cheese, hot dog, or pizza), but I wouldn't care if she just ate bread and butter, french fries and ice cream since it is vacation.
