All the prefectures are now opened up... How is that going to effect the 2 weeks isolation for tourist traveler's? thoughts?

I think this sums up Japan for AmericanS and some other countries for traveling to Japan this year. I was looking at next year, right after New Year or March and I'm pretty sure those may not happen either...you just need to wait out the airfare until the airline cancels or extends the offer to cancel flights for free.
